PRICE INCLUDES: Air transportation: Round trip jet
economy class via scheduled international IATA carriers. Airfare is
based on the lowest applicable fare at the time of pricing. All airlines
reserve the right to increase airfares at any time.
Hotels: First and Superior Tourist Class Hotels except in Oberammergau
where Pensions and Guest Houses are provided. All accommodations based
on two persons sharing a room with private facilities.
Meals: Continental Breakfast and Dinner Daily plus one lunch in Oberammergau.
Passion Play Tickets: We will make every effort to accommodate all group
requests on the given date. We reserve the right to change your tour
dates in the event we are unable to secure play tickets on the said
date of your program. If we are unable to secure your accommodations
in the village of Oberammergau, in the agreed category, you will be
compensated for the difference in price only.
Transfers: Round trip transfers by private motorcoach
as specified in the program. Touring: By private airconditioned motorcoach,
including the services of a qualified, English-speaking tour escort,
local guides and entrance fees to all places mentioned in the program.
Baggage: Porterage for one suitcase per person. Taxes: All hotel taxes
and service charges are included.
NOT INCLUDED: Tips to guide and driver and airport
departure taxes. The cost of obtaining a U.S. passport, meals or beverages
other than specified, insurance, items of a personal nature such as
laundry, telephone calls, etc. All fees which are listed above under
“Not Included” are due at time of final payment. DOCUMENTS:
A valid U.S. passport is required. No visas are required for U.S passport
holders. RESERVATIONS: An initial deposit of $300 per
person is required to make a reservation. The second deposit of $ 500
is due 60 days after the first deposit. Balance due 120 days prior to
departure. All returned checks are subject to a $50 charge, no exceptions.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be in writing.
All cancellations received prior to Sept. 1, 2009 are subject to an
administrative fee of $300. Cancellations received after Sept. 1, 2009
and up to 91 days prior to departure a fee of $700 will be charged.
Cancellations received 90-46 days prior to departure a fee of $1000
will be charged. Cancellations received 45-31 days before departure
are subject to a charge of 60% of the total tour cost; 30-14 days before
departure are subject to a charge of 100% of the total tour cost.
INSURANCE NOTE: The above indicated cancellation penalties
are due to the fact that these tour programs are created in conjunction
with non-refundable Passion Play packages and airline tickets that are
non-refundable once issued. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all
passengers take comprehensive insurance which includes Trip Cancellation
& Interruption due to Unforeseeable Sickness, Injury or death of
an Insured or Family Member prior to or during your trip. (Other conditions

of the coverage's offered. The Access America Insurance Plan is not
in force until the premium is received by the insurance company. DEVIATIONS:
Any change in the basic program will result in a charge of $150 per
change per person plus any additional charges that may apply for revised
air or land arrangements. EXCHANGE RATE: All prices based upon current
rates of exchange and are subject to change.

only in the capacity as agents for passengers in all matters pertaining
to the tours, trips, and travel arrangements and accommodations, whether
by air, rail, motorcoach, ship, boat, or other means of travel or transportation,
including hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other accommodations.
As such, Casara Travel Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Friendship
Tours, is free of responsibility or liability for any loss, damage,
hurt, or harm to or suffered by, the passenger, or the passenger’s
luggage or possessions.
Casara Travel Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any damage, expense
or inconvenience caused by late air, rail or boat arrivals or departures;
or by any change of schedule or other condition; nor responsible for
the loss or damage to baggage or any article belonging to the passenger.
Casara Travel Enterprises, Inc. also reserves and retains the continuing
right to decline to accept any passenger wanting to travel, or traveling
with Casara Travel; and to reject any traveler from any traveling group,
at the sole discretion of the present on-site tour director.
The passenger contract used by the carriers, when issued, shall constitute
the sole contract between the carriers and the purchasers of this tour.
The tour operator and agents and suppliers reserve the right to change
the sequence of the itinerary to re-reoute, substitute, or modify visits
or stays, according to local conditions at the time of travel.
When we receive your first deposit for the tour, it is understood that
you have taken the time to read, understand and adhere to all of the
